In this 2 hour workshop you will be immersed into the mysterious world of GF Bread baking & GF Sourdough bread baking. We will discuss caring, feeding/discarding a sourdough starter. Common GF ingredients, textures and tastes. We will make the GF bread dough, form and shape GF dough into loaves, rolls or buns.
You will take home a loaf of GF Bread and an active sourdough starter (bring your own jar for the starter or purchase one)

NEW Virtual Online Class Option:
This will be a great option for participants that live outside of the twin cities or are celiac and need to have a dedicated gf kitchen.
Individual/small group via Zoom.
This will include beginning with teaching on how to start the sourdough starter and a full session bread making class.
2 - 30 minute online sessions dedicated to starting the starter
1 - 90 Minute Bread Baking online class
It takes about 2-4 weeks to get a happy starter going.
The timing of the class will be dependent on participants.
