Class dates: Thursdays, February 6th -March 12th.
Participants will learn the basics of baking through demonstration and hands-on activities. Each week brings a new topic and teaches a new skill. Young bakers will make muffins, quick breads, cookies, scones and cupcakes/buttercream. The final week will be focused on cupcake decorating and include a celebration. Participants will create an experience packet where they will be able to document their journey. This will include tips/tricks and recipes of the baked goods.
